RETURN POLICY
You may return any unused merchandise [with the exception of necklaces and mudpacks], in its original condition and original packaging, within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund, less shipping. Any shipping cost that you incur to return a product to us will not be refunded. The 30 days start on the day you received the merchandise.

Note: Since we cannot re-sell them, necklaces and mudpacks cannot be refunded.
We require the following information to process your return; we will be unable to process your return request without it:
Your full name and address
Phone number
Email Address (if available)
Packing Slip
Order number
Reason for return

Send all information to Jozy at return@nighthawkminerals.com She will handle all returns and refunds, and assign you an RMA number.
All refunds will be in the form of a check from Night Hawk Minerals.
If you do not have access to email, call Jozy at 1-888-563-8389 Ext 4 and inform her of your request for return. She will assist you with further instructions.
Send product via FedEx or UPS only, and clearly mark all sides of the box with the RMA number you are assigned.
BROKEN OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
We will repair or replace merchandise that arrives broken or damaged. Night Hawk Minerals (NHM) will also replace merchandise that breaks from suggested use. In these cases NHM will cover shipping. If your mudpack needs replacement, please follow the instructions above for refunds. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning and replacing mudpacks.
ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, Night Hawk Minerals is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. You must notify us within 15 days if order is not received.
